Whether you need just the doorbell installed or both the doorbell and a wired chime replaced, we make sure the setup is clean, secure, and fully functional. We connect your device to your home Wi-Fi, sync it to your mobile app, and test features like video feed, motion alerts, and two-way audio.
Service available for both wired and battery-powered smart doorbells
Must have an active Wi-Fi network at the time of installation
Chime installation applies only to compatible wired chime units
We will assist in app setup and provide a brief feature walkthrough
Customers must provide all devices and login credentials
All installations are performed with neat cable management where possible
We recommend the use of angle mounts if the doorbell location needs better visibility (can be installed if provided)
Warranty: 1-Year Labor Warranty on installation
No Refunds on completed labor unless there is a workmanship defect
Customer Requirements:
Access to Wi-Fi network and smartphone/tablet for pairing
Power source at installation location (or battery-powered model ready)
For chime installs: access to old chime location and working transformer (if applicable)
Reschedule Policy: Minimum 24-hour notice required or a $50 rescheduling fee applies
